On October 26th, 2021, the Union for Private Economic Enterprise organized a Final Press Conference on the project “BG05M9OP001-1.051-0002 “Joint actions of social partners to develop training programs, policies and legislation in the field of apprenticeship.”
The public event is held within the project BG05M9OP001-1.051 “Joint activities of the social partners” for the implementation of the project “Joint actions of the social partners to develop training programs, policies and legislation in the field of apprenticeship” under the procedure BG05M9OP001-1.051 “Joint activities of the social partners ”, funded by the Operational Program“ Human Resources Development ”2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
The main goal of the project is through joint actions of social partners to improve the opportunities for using new systems providing access to employment, based on training through work (apprenticeship) in enterprises, with a focus on craft enterprises.
Within the framework of the project, an analysis of the legislation and policies in the field of apprenticeship was prepared, on the basis of which proposals for national policies and changes in the legislation were prepared, which would encourage and support apprenticeship.
Using a prepared format and requirements for developing apprenticeship training programs, groups of masters together with the project team prepared 60 apprenticeship training programs in all trades, as well as guidelines for masters and trainers-mentors from micro and small enterprises for conducting training of apprentices. The programs were pilot tested in 120 enterprises and by 150 employed / self-employed persons.
The event was attended by the management of the National Chamber of Crafts, chairmen of the Regional Chambers of Crafts, project stakeholders, master craftsmen, project target group, as well as representatives of the Managing Authority of the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”, members of the consulting team party of the beneficiary, and of the partner LC Support.
